I had an issue with rats underneath my floorboards. Deborah who was my main contact from arranging the drain survey through to the completion was professional, helpful and supportive with all my queries. The team of about 5 men that carried out the work over 2 days did a very thorough job, they were efficient and kept me informed at each stage of the process.
