NPTA-Accredited Rodent Proofing Consultation Central London

We provide NPTA-accredited rodent-proofing consultation in Central London, designed to support architects, property developers, and construction teams throughout all project stages.

Professional rodent-proofing consulting is essential in London’s high-risk urban environments, where growing rodent populations, persistent food sources, and complex building networks create constant pest pressure.

By consulting with a rodent-proofing specialist early in your project design or refurbishment, you can avoid costly infestations, protect structural integrity, and meet health and safety standards from day one.

Our Services

Why Rodent Proofing Matters Central London

Growing Pest Numbers
London’s increasing food waste, building works, and transport systems have accelerated rodent infestations.

This gives rodents the resources and conditions they need to expand and multiply.
Rise of Super Rats
Resistance to common poisons and pesticides is making proactive rodent proofing essential.

While not a new species, these rats are said to be more resilient and, in some cases larger than their common rat cousins.
Long Term Investment
Proper prevention can be significantly more cost-effective than post-construction pest treatments and repairs.

Start proofing early on and give yourself a peace of mind from day one.
Compliance & Regulation
Rodent-proofing designs help maintain hygiene standards and protect brand reputation, especially within public sector industries like restaurants, hospitals, and apartment complexes.

Identifying and implementing deterrants early on greatly reduces the risk of a more serious problem later on.

Deborah who was my main contact from arranging the drain survey through to the completion was professional, helpful and supportive with all my queries. The team of about 5 men that carried out the work over 2 days did a very thorough job, they were efficient and kept me informed at each stage of the process. I would highly recommend Obsidian Environmental Services Ltd.

He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough—taking the time to inspect every corner and explain exactly what he was looking for. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. Not only did he address a few small issues before they became bigger problems, but he also shared helpful tips to keep our space clean, safe, and pest-free. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. If you’re looking for reliable, friendly, and top-notch pest-control service, Ryan is the one to call. Highly recommended! 🙌☕🪴
