We’ve been using Obsidian for a few months now after changing from another company & I can wholeheartedly say, they are the best. Every month Mark comes in to do his visit and leaves us with peace of mind that we will be free from pests and an action plan to follow to ensure it stays that way. Outstanding service from start to finish! Very professional, knowledgeable and so passionate about what he does. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and effective pest control. Worth every penny!

I had an issue with rats underneath my floorboards. Deborah who was my main contact from arranging the drain survey through to the completion was professional, helpful and supportive with all my queries. The team of about 5 men that carried out the work over 2 days did a very thorough job, they were efficient and kept me informed at each stage of the process. I would highly recommend Obsidian Environmental Services Ltd.

Ryan did an outstanding job during our pest-control check at the coffee shop. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough—taking the time to inspect every corner and explain exactly what he was looking for. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind.
Not only did he address a few small issues before they became bigger problems, but he also shared helpful tips to keep our space clean, safe, and pest-free. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers.
If you’re looking for reliable, friendly, and top-notch pest-control service, Ryan is the one to call. Highly recommended! 🙌☕🪴

Matthew is awesome, he worked with us over summer on a problem we had we wish we hadn’t. Matthew is the ultimate professional, very patient and always went the extra mile for us when he really didn’t have to. During the tube strikes in London he painstakingly made his way over to us to fulfil the job and appointment. Don’t hesitate to call for help.

Amazing service by Daren. Did the checks very detailed and communicated to the team. Asked about the issues and how he can assist us. Also on his previous visit he went out of his way and helped with the door issue we had as one of our team members was stuck in the toilet. He opened the door for us and let the team member out.
