We’ve been using Obsidian for a few months now after changing from another company & I can wholeheartedly say, they are the best. Every month Mark comes in to do his visit and leaves us with peace of mind that we will be free from pests and an action plan to follow to ensure it stays that way. I had an issue with rats underneath my floorboards. Deborah who was my main contact from arranging the drain survey through to the completion was professional, helpful and supportive with all my queries. The team of about 5 men that carried out the work over 2 days did a very thorough job, they were efficient and kept me informed at each stage of the process. Matthew is awesome, he worked with us over summer on a problem we had we wish we hadn’t. Matthew is the ultimate professional, very patient and always went the extra mile for us when he really didn’t have to. Amazing service by Daren. Did the checks very detailed and communicated to the team. Asked about the issues and how he can assist us. Also on his previous visit he went out of his way and helped with the door issue we had as one of our team members was stuck in the toilet. He opened the door for us and let the team member out.
