Matthew did an excellent job, from requesting a detailed brief of activity detected, thoroughly and clearly explaining what he was going to do, to completing the inspection and giving a detailed account of the work he did and the recommendations he will include in the report.
Matthew was so accommodative, approachable and just a lovely guy!! He made his visit memorable and was so polite, which as a hospitality worker is greatly appreciated!! See you soon Matthew!!

Amazing service by Daren. Did the checks very detailed and communicated to the team. Asked about the issues and how he can assist us. Also on his previous visit he went out of his way and helped with the door issue we had as one of our team members was stuck in the toilet. He opened the door for us and let the team member out. Great service
