I had an issue with rats underneath my floorboards. Deborah who was my main contact from arranging the drain survey through to the completion was professional, helpful and supportive with all my queries. The team of about 5 men that carried out the work over 2 days did a very thorough job, they were efficient and kept me informed at each stage of the process. Ryan did an outstanding job during our pest-control check at the coffee shop. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough—taking the time to inspect every corner and explain exactly what he was looking for. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind.

Amazing service by Daren. Did the checks very detailed and communicated to the team. Asked about the issues and how he can assist us. Also on his previous visit he went out of his way and helped with the door issue we had as one of our team members was stuck in the toilet. He opened the door for us and let the team member out.
