For netting, Hilti 32448 hanger eyebolt fixings are installed around the area perimeter. Through these eyebolts, 2mm diameter galvanized steel straining wire is threaded and tensioned using 150mm drop-forged steel barrel tensioners. This creates a tight wire line close to the wall, to which the net is attached using Bostich stainless steel 316 grade hog rings.

The spring and wire system involves slim marine grade (BS316) stainless steel pins drilled into the surface, fitted with water-excluding plugs. A 0.45mm marine grade, braided stainless steel sprung wire is suspended between each pin, preventing birds from landing without harming them.

The spike system consists of vertical wires set in a polyethylene base, glued to surfaces with a specialized adhesive, eliminating the need for drilling.
